James Gaubert currently heads up the
Middle East operations of Bruce Clay Inc as well as runs his own digital

Bruce Clay Middle East in 2015, building what is today a full service, award
wining, digital agency from scratch. Bruce Clay Middle East is home to a team
of over 25 digital experts, who bring in an annual revenue of over US$ 2.5
million.
James started Bruce Clay Middle East with
just one employee and now boast a client base of over 15 global
brands, with a 100 per cent retention rate for annual contracts. Johnson &
Johnson, Jumeirah Group, Nestle, Build-a-Bear, McLaren, Saudi Telecom, Bateel,
Superdry, Holland & Barrett, Biddi, Yamaha, Disney, Landmark Group, and the
Fiat Chrysler Automotive Group are some of the brands on the agency’s roster.
James specialises in SEO, PPC,
website design and development, social media, CRM, loyalty, PR and direct
Marketing and has worked with award-winning brands in agencies like

His experience spans across the UK and the

and business strategies for the agencies he's worked with. James specializes
in taking a 360-degree view of the business, managing P&L and marketing;
client servicing and HR, creating a cohesive plan to drive the business
forward.
James Gaubert has put his 18 years of
experience and expertise in the industry to good use, steering Bruce Clay
Middle East towards becoming a prominent brand in the region, expanding to the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 18 months of operations in the United Arab
Emirates, being shortlisted for Social Media agency of the year 2016 and wining
Agency of The Year 2017 at the MENA Search awards, driving tangible measurable
results for clients, and building the agency’s portfolio of services to include
eCommerce, SEO, Analytics, SEM, social media, website design and build, mobile
app development and digital media services.
In addition to this James also trains
digital marketing, working with both small groups and individuals, business and
personal, helping people to broaden their skillset and knowledge base on a
